Quality Control & Assurance
Strive for Excellent Quality

Our Quality Control Process

Sample/ Fabric/ Color/ Quality Approval
We arrange for sample and fabric approvals based on the customer’s requirements. This includes providing first samples, fit samples, PP samples, and sealer samples for approval, as well as printed strike-offs, lap dips, and bulk fabric swatches. Our goal is to ensure that all details are approved before production begins.
To guarantee the highest quality, we randomly select gold samples from the bulk order for approval prior to shipment. This ensures that customers can see the final product from the bulk order and approve it before it is shipped.
All of these processes help us and our customers stay on the same page, and our production team is well-versed in meeting the customers’ quality requirements.

Risk Assessment
Our team members, including Sample Room Technicians, Lab Testers, QA and QC staff, and the Production Manager, are responsible for conducting risk assessments throughout the entire product development process, from sample development to bulk production.
In order to prevent potential issues, we conduct a thorough Pre-Production assessment and inform the team of any identified risks in advance.

Fabric/ Trim Testing
Before starting a project with a new customer, we carefully examine their testing requirements or any local legal testing requirements.
During the sample development stage, we hold preliminary discussions with material suppliers to ensure that all materials meet our customer’s specifications. We also collect testing reports in advance. If any requirements cannot be met, we proactively discuss this with the customer to determine if it’s acceptable or not.
For uncertain items, we conduct internal testing to ensure that the materials meet the necessary requirements.
PP Meeting
Before proceeding with bulk production, we conduct a pre-production meeting with the Merchandiser, Production, QC, and Packing teams
That help order is produced correctly at every step.

Multi Inspection at each step
In-line Inspection on Site
