We have our own fabric library with over 500 different materials suitable for our activewear, swimwear, and sweatwear collections. This allows us to quickly respond to our customers’ requests for new fabrics.
We collaborate with fabric mills to find innovative materials and ensure we use sustainable materials to minimize our environmental impact.
Products Design
We are committed to providing our customers with the latest trends and styles. To achieve this, we regularly collect and analyze marketing trends to ensure that our collections are always on-trend and ahead of the curve.
We create seasonal presentations that showcase our newest collections and highlight the unique features and benefits of our products. Our presentations are designed to help customers make informed purchasing decisions and to showcase the best of what we have to offer.
We design over 30 new patterns each month. Our team of expert designers carefully curates and designs each pattern, always on the lookout for new and innovative ways to incorporate the latest trends and styles into our products.
Explore New Workmanship
We are always exploring new technologies and workmanships to stay ahead of the competition. From reflective-print night-running to invisible printing and one-way moisture conduction, we are constantly on the lookout for innovative ways to improve our products.
Our team of experts is particularly skilled in workmanships such as laser cutting, water-proof and moisture-permeable materials, quick-drying fabrics, cooling technologies, and anti-UV materials. By staying at the forefront of these developments, we are able to offer products that meet the latest industry standards and exceed our customers’ expectations.
3D CLO System
We are using the 3DCLO System for our sample development needs. This state-of-the-art technology enables us to provide our customers with a remarkably realistic 3D visualization of their designs.
With the 3DCLO System, our customers can see how their finished product will look and fit, even before the first physical sample is produced. This level of visualization allows for real-time modifications and adjustments to be made, resulting in an incredibly accurate and precise final product.
We can save on sampling costs and time. we can simulate different design options virtually, allowing us to test and refine designs before any physical samples are created. This not only saves time but also reduces waste and saves valuable resources.
